We’ve got some very exciting news to share with you all!

The Power Plate Studio in Selfridges is now…OPEN!

You may remember that late last year, we shared the news that we would be launching a new studio in one of London’s most prestigious department stores, Well, after a lot of hard work behind the scenes, we are now ready to cut the (metaphorical) ribbon and declare the studio officially ready for business…

Perfectly located in the heart of the West End, the Selfridges Power Plate studio is fully kitted out with the latest evolution in vibration training, the Power Plate pro6 model. Complete with cable-resistance proMOTION technology, this machine will be sure to give you a dynamic and full body workout.

With sessions lasting just 25 minutes, Power Plate classes are the ideal exercise solution for all you time poor, fitness savvy people who are looking for a quick way to stay in shape.

Our full ranges of machines are also available to buy from the famous department store so for those of you who love your Power Plate training so much, why not buy a machine and work out in the comfort of your own home as well?
